We are seeking a results-driven Chief Operations and Culture Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and drive cultural excellence. This is a unique opportunity to join our innovative team and make a lasting impact.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR and administration, with a strong background in labour laws, HR systems, and compliance. They will be responsible for overseeing office operations, facilities, and vendor management, as well as ensuring smooth execution of travel, logistics, and procurement.

This role also involves managing company policies, contracts, and documentation, while building and maintaining a productive, safe, and positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (tech & non-tech)
  • Driving Onboarding, Performance Management, and Career Development
  • Designing and implementing Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with Labour Laws, HR Policies, and Best Practices

The successful candidate will also have the following qualifications:

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Prior experience in an administrative and business development role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
