Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation professional to lead and support implementations of our cloud-based compensation solution.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compensation, strong business acumen, and excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams on full lifecycle projects.

  1. Lead Compensation Implementations
  2. Conduct Requirement Workshops & Map Business Processes
  3. Identify As-Is vs. To-Be Processes & Design Optimized Solutions
  4. BUILD Functional Design Documents, Enhancements, Reports & Integrations
  5. Configure Scenarios & Deliver Real Business Impact

In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation to deliver successful implementation projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience
  • Deep expertise in Compensation (Functional SME level)
  • Strong understanding of business processes & compensation summary
  • Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects
  • Able to manage both small and large teams effectively
