Seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Payroll Specialist with extensive experience in functional roles for HCM applications, strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.

The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations and hold the Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification. Additionally, they should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work on all project phases from Project Preview to Production Support.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can configure fast formulas and payroll costing setups, and who is well-versed in project management methodologies. Key responsibilities will include configuring and managing payroll systems, performing payroll audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting, is required. Relevant certifications, such as the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification, are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a functional role for HCM applications, with a strong background in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
