About Us:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion HCM Expert, you will be responsible for mentoring learners and delivering high-quality training sessions.

Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Trainer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver online/offline training sessions on Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Create engaging course content, practical exercises, and real-time case studies.
  • Mentor learners with assignments, projects, and interview preparation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and releases.
  • Provide guidance on Oracle Certification.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.
  • Prior training or mentoring experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and guiding learners towards career success.
