Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workday HCM Payroll Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll services.

As a Workday HCM Payroll Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that meet their business objectives. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of payroll services with other HR functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry
  • Experience of working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
  • Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory)
  • Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above mentioned application based on client specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients
  • Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
  • Strong communication skills
