Key Role: Senior Workday Functional Consultant

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Workday expert to join our team and drive business process improvements using Workday solutions. This individual will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday configurations, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong Business Analyst skills combined with Workday functional expertise. They should be able to understand complex business processes and translate them into effective Workday configurations.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules as per business needs.
  • Prepare functional documentation and support testing/UAT cycles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of Workday configurations and support change management activities.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional Consulting, with at least 2–3 years working with Workday configurations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and relevant modules (certifications preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
