At Amaris, we are seeking a seasoned Workday Technical Consultant to join our team of experts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integrations, reports, and customizations. They should possess a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other Workday technical tools.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
