Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior legal professional to provide expert legal advice, prepare legal documents, analyze legal issues, manage case files, conduct thorough research, and attend court hearings, negotiations, and arbitration sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing contracts, agreements, and other relevant papers.
  • Analyzing legal issues and providing expert advice on corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, foreign direct investment, alternative dispute resolution, private client practice, white collar crime, power sector, shipping laws, and intellectual property rights.
  • Managing case files and conducting thorough research to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Attending court hearings, negotiations, and arbitration sessions as required.
  • E nsuring adherence to all relevant legal regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 08 years of experience in Indirect tax, Power Sector, Shipping Laws, and dispute resolution is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Law and handling complex Legal Issues.
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong research and case management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good standing with the Bar Council membership.
