Contract Manager - Legal

The role of a Contract Manager - Legal is to oversee the development and implementation of legal contracts for various projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. The successful candidate will have strong contract management skills, risk analysis abilities, negotiation expertise, and experience in legal drafting and due diligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and negotiate contracts for supply agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, tender documents, HR service contracts, transmission contracts, international contracts, and financing contracts.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on contractual terms and conditions.
  • Provide expert advice on legal matters related to contracts, including bid strategy, right of way, transmission service agreements, share purchase agreements, indemnity claims, and contractual payment disputes.
