The core objective of this role is to deliver excellence in master data maintenance.

This entails ensuring that all master data is accurate, up-to-date and meets the highest standards of quality.

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Perform regular audits of vendor master data to identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for improving master data quality.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness regarding service level agreements (SLA) and ensure that all activities are conducted within agreed parameters.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of new methodologies.
  • Resolve master data quality issues in accordance with established SLAs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining vendor master data with the highest level of accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensuring that all master data is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve master data quality issues.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on master data best practices.
  • Conducting regular reviews of master data processes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in master data operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related field.
  • Working knowledge of MDG and SAP systems.
  • Experience in master data maintenance and restricted party screening.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English language.
