Master Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and consistency of master data across the organization.
Responsibilities- Data Operations: Perform daily data operations tasks, including maintenance and validation, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data.
- Process Optimization: Support process optimization initiatives to improve data management workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and provide training and support to partners and end-users on master data processes.
- Governance & Compliance: Assist in data migration and integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- A Master's degree or equivalent experience in a STEM discipline.
- Experience in SAP ECC, master data management, data governance, or data operations.
- Technical proficiency in SAP/Oracle, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and other data management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable insights.
- SAP S/4, SAP MDG, or SAP TM experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.
