Job Description:
  • As an Enterprise Data Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality master data solutions across the organization by leveraging modern tools such as Databricks and AWS.

Key Responsibilities include analyzing and managing customer master data using Informatica or Reltio MDM, performing advanced SQL queries and data analysis to ensure master data integrity, utilizing Python, PySpark, and Databricks for scalable data processing and automation, collaborating with business and engineering teams to enhance MDM solutions, implementing data stewardship workflows including approval and DCR mechanisms, using AWS cloud services for MDM-related storage and compute processes, contributing to metadata management and data modeling activities, tracking and managing data issues using tools like JIRA and documenting processes in Confluence, applying Life Sciences/Pharma industry context to ensure data compliance and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Master's degree with 1–3 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of experience OR Diploma with 6–8 years of experience. Fields: Business, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
Key Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL and data wrangling
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Python
  • PySpark
  • Databricks
  • AWS architecture
  • Knowledge of MDM concepts, data governance, stewardship, and profiling
  • Experience with Informatica MDM or Reltio MDM
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), data modeling, and approval workflows
  • Background in the Life Sciences / Pharma domain
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Solid grasp of data engineering concepts
Certifications (Preferred):
  • ETL certifications (e.g., Informatica)
  • Data analysis certifications (SQL, Python, Databricks)
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure)
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Team player with experience working in global, virtual teams
