Job Title: Data Architecture Specialist

This is a key role that requires a deep understanding of data architecture and the ability to ensure the proper management, governance, quality, and accessibility of an organization's data.

About This Job

The ideal candidate has technical skills in Syniti Knowledge Platform technologies and experience with data migration, ETL processes, and data analysis. As a specialist, you will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Migration and Design: Develop and manage data migration solutions using Syniti Knowledge Platform, configure and optimize Syniti Data Replication (SDR) and Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) solutions, and create and maintain data load programs.
  • Data Governance and Quality: Collaborate with team members to understand data governance and quality requirements and implement solutions to address them. Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Work with data owners, analysts, and IT teams to align data practices with business objectives. Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, standards, and workflows.
  • Security and Access Control: Create and maintain metadata repositories for easy data identification and understanding. Manage access controls to ensure authorized personnel can access data and safeguard sensitive information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of data migration methodologies and proficiency in Syniti tools.
  • Experience with SAP ADMM and data analysis tools like SQL.
  • Databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Evidence of successful participation in full ERP implementation lifecycles.
