Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to contribute to the success of our organization by maintaining high-quality vendor master data in OPELLA. This role involves ensuring that all master data maintenance processes are executed efficiently and effectively, resulting in accurate and reliable data.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing regular maintenance on Vendor Master Data in OPELLA
  • Ensuring the highest level of master data quality through continuous monitoring and improvement
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for master data maintenance on a regular basis
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement in master data maintenance and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes
  • Resolving master data quality issues within established SLAs
  • Performing Restricted Party Screening activities to mitigate risk and ensure due diligence
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Master Data Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering
  • Working knowledge of MDG and SAP
  • Experience in master data maintenance and restricted party screening
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate requests and recommend solutions within SLAs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers and partners across organizations
  • Fluency in English
