Job Description:

As a Senior Master Data Governance Lead, you will oversee the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical customer data across the organization. This role requires a leader who can manage a team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex data issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Operations: Manage day-to-day master data management operations, including data validation, cleansing, and enrichment. Oversee key performance indicators related to master data quality and operational success.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and GxP. Drive continuous improvements to enhance data accuracy and quality.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex data issues and improve data workflows. Lead data migration, integration projects, and system upgrades to ensure seamless data consistency across platforms.
  • Strategic Direction: Set data strategy for master data domains and drive prioritization across different projects and day-to-day operations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 7-8 years of experience in enterprise applications like SAP or Oracle. Proven experience in Customer Master data management and data governance is required, preferably in healthcare or biotech supply chain.

  • Master Data Management: Expertise in MDM processes and a solid understanding of SAP ECC.
  • Data Governance: Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and initiative.
