Job Summary:

  • A seasoned SAP Customer Master Module professional with 10+ years of experience is required to lead data quality and governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data quality discussions, engage in architecture talks, and gather business rules from various teams.">
  3. Define and document data quality rules based on business needs, translate business rules into technical definitions, and support rule development in data quality tools.">
  4. Create and maintain data quality dashboards and reports, review customer master data profiling results, and suggest cleansing opportunities.">
  5. Manage and maintain customer master data directly in SAP where BODS cannot be used, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across customer records.">
  6. Collaborate with IT teams on data migration, cleansing, and validation activities during SAP projects or enhancements, analyze business processes, and recommend system/process enhancements.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Strong knowledge of SAP O2C T-codes and fields, extensive hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and validating customer master data.">
  • Familiarity with industry-specific customer processes, including Credit Management, Intercompany Trading, Trading Partner Finance, Tax Configuration, and an in-depth understanding of the customer master lifecycle.">
  • Strong skills in defining, documenting, and enforcing data quality rules, experience in data profiling, cleansing, and standardization, ability to perform root cause analysis, and proficiency in documenting data standards and definitions.">
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC / S/4HANA, SAP SD / O2C, SAP BODS, SAP LSMW recording, field mapping, batch input, SAP SE16N, SQVI, and custom reporting, Excel, Power BI, SAP IS, Tableau, and experience with data quality tools.">
