About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and governance of master data across SAP systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, consistent, and reliable data aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the SAP MDG strategy, implementation, and operational governance.
  2. Define and enforce master data policies, standards, and procedures across domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, etc.).
  3. Manage data governance frameworks and drive data quality initiatives within SAP MDG.
  4. Collaborate with business units to define master data requirements and ownership models.
  5. Configure and maintain SAP MDG components and data models.
  6. Oversee the integration of SAP MDG with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  7. Monitor and manage workflows, validations, and approvals in the MDG system.
  8. Train data stewards, users, and stakeholders on MDG usage and best practices.
  9. Support audits and compliance initiatives by ensuring regulatory alignment (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  10. Continuously improve master data processes and tools based on business needs.
