Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Customer Master Expert to join our team. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in SAP Customer Master module and a strong understanding of customer processes, including Credit Management, Intercompany Trading, Trading Partner Finance, and Tax Configuration.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the customer master lifecycle, from creation to deletion, and be able to define, document, and enforce data quality rules. They will also possess hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and validating customer master data using SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other related tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document data quality rules based on business needs.

  • Create and maintain data quality dashboards and reports.

  • Support the design and execution of a Data Quality Framework.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and suggest process/system improvements.

  • Manage and maintain customer master data directly in SAP where BODS cannot be used.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with SAP Customer Master module.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP O2C (Order to Cash) T-codes and fields.

  • Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and validating customer master data.
