Job Description

As a Customer Master Team Lead, you will take ownership of Customer Master data processes, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of this critical data across the organization. This role requires a leader who can manage a team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex data issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in master data management, enterprise applications like SAP or Oracle, and a proven track record in data governance and regulatory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Leadership & Operations: Lead and manage the day-to-day MDM (Master Data Management) operations, including data validation, cleansing, and enrichment. You will oversee key performance indicators related to master data quality and operational success.
- Data Governance & Quality: Oversee data governance practices, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and GxP. You will drive continuous improvements to enhance data accuracy and quality.
- Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex data issues and improve data workflows. You will lead data migration, integration projects, and system upgrades to ensure seamless data consistency across platforms.
- Strategic Direction: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to set data strategy for master data domains and drive prioritization across different projects and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 7-8 years of experience in enterprise applications like SAP or Oracle.
- Proven experience in Customer Master data management and data governance, preferably in healthcare or a biotech supply chain.
- Expertise in master data management processes and a solid understanding of SAP ECC.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with SAP S/4, SAP MDG, or SAP TM is a plus.
