Job Title: Senior Leasing Manager

Description:

The role of Senior Leasing Manager is to act as a liaison between in-house personnel, tenants, outside counsel, architects, consultants, brokers, and municipalities to negotiate, organize, track, and support leasing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a facilitator for all leasing-related activities from inception/prospecting to close, including site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration for the various aspects of the leasing process.
  • Manage and direct the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
  • Negotiate and review lease transactions and agreements.
  • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.
  • Monitor trends for competition in the marketplace.
  • Maintain high networking with IPCs and leading Leasing brokers.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate team members.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proficient in direct marketing or sales efforts to various corporates.

Qualifications:

  • Possess PGDM/MBA degree.
  • Hold certification in retail leasing (optional).
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in leasing operations.
