Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lease Operations Manager to lead our team in India.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring seamless delivery of services and driving business growth.

This role involves:

  • Leading Local Managed Services teams in India, providing strategic guidance and coaching to achieve exceptional results.
  • Engaging with global Business leaders to build and support Managed Services teams, fostering a culture of excellence and community.
  • Driving standardisation and integration across the organisation, collaborating with Service Offering Leadership to implement policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to the development of global infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiency in Managed Services delivery.
  • Promoting a collaborative work environment, inspiring teams to achieve great things.
  • Developing solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across the Services Departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field, with leadership experience managing global teams.
  • A proven track record of leading abstraction projects, resolving issues, and driving process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire teams to achieve great things and drive business growth.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offerings is a plus.
