We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of various departments within the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and security.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of hotel operations.
- Manage budgets and finances, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenue is maximized.
