Job Title: Operations Management Lead

About the Role

The Operations Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our voice process, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management:
  • Supervise a team of voice agents to ensure they meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Handle team scheduling, attendance, and coaching to promote growth and development.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
  • Operations Oversight:
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by managing escalations, resolving complex customer issues, and maintaining service level agreements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Training and Development:
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Organize skill development and process refresher sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report key metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication:
  • Liaise with international clients and internal stakeholders to share updates, feedback, and improvement plans.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a contact center or operations management capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Team Management: Proven track record of successfully managing teams, with a focus on developing and motivating team members.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
