We are looking for a senior professional to fill a critical asset management role. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

Key responsibilities of this position include evaluating asset performance versus budget and historical benchmarks, identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team.

The successful candidate will also have excellent project management skills, including the ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines.

Additionally, we are seeking a collaborative individual who can work effectively with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership.

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
  • Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to:
  • • Evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks
  • • Identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements
  • • Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team
  • Critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting
  • Clear communicator who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner
  • Project management skills, including:
  • • Ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Collaborative attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership
  • Experience with Yardi / StarRez, is a plus
