Job Title: Team Leader for Digital Assets

 

Role Summary:

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of specialists to meet performance targets. This position involves developing and executing strategies, analyzing campaign results, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of agents to achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
  • Monitor team performance, adhering to quality standards and compliance protocols.
  • Digital Collections Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve recovery rates.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to build and refine models.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track team performance and analyze campaign results using Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and clients.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing updates.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in digital marketing, campaign management, or collections.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
