Job Title: Strategic Asset Manager

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and optimization of real estate assets.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic outlook, financial acumen, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • a) Asset Optimization:
    • Analyze financial and operational performance of all assets and develop strategies to enhance their value.
    • Collaborate with operators to implement process improvements and drive revenue growth.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • b) Commercial Development:
    • Oversee leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement across various property types.
    • Develop and execute monetization strategies through partnerships, joint ventures, or selective exits.
  • c) Land Bank Management:
    • Drive the acquisition and development of new land banks in key markets.
    • Evaluate feasibility studies, design concepts, and financial models for new projects.
  • d) Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms with top-tier hotel brands/operators.
    • Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with business objectives.
  • e) Reporting & Strategic Input:
    • Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and board presentations on asset performance.
    • Support business leaders in preparing investment strategy papers and deal structuring.

Key Competencies:

  • Financial and analytical rigour with strategic outlook.
  • Ability to handle stakeholder negotiations, feasibility analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and execution coordination ability.
  • Willingness to travel periodically across South India.

Experience:

  • 8–15 years of relevant experience in real estate development, investment advisory, or hospitality asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, lease structuring, CapEx ROI, and development cycles.
  • Exposure to heritage restoration, commercial leasing, and hospitality contracting.
