Job Title: Asset Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage our IT assets, from procurement to retirement.

  • This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with internal IT and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring they are properly procured, deployed, maintained, and eventually retired.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, using MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Ensure asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain regular asset reports, providing valuable insights into asset utilization and performance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records, demonstrating transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT support, and other internal teams to achieve common goals and objectives.

Required Skills:

  • 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT asset management or coordination.
  • Good understanding of the asset lifecycle process, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools, ensuring efficient and effective asset management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
