Business Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create executive-level presentations for B2B sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Develop weekly/quarterly business reports for the CEO Office by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • MBA preferred (engineering/technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
