Job Overview

Talent500 is seeking an exceptional leader to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise planning solutions across various domains.

This individual will serve as a senior-most builder ensuring accuracy, scalability, and innovation in enterprise planning and forecasting processes.

The ideal candidate will possess 12-15 years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience with at least 7+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.

They will have proven expertise in Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount Planning, and Long-Range Strategic Planning, along with deep knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver EPBCS applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce, Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.
  • Define and implement driver-based models, calculation rules, and planning templates for forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to align planning solutions with strategic initiatives, corporate reporting, and scenario modeling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Oracle EPM and Financial Planning.
  • Oracle Certifications in Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence) and DevOps practices.
