Lead Oracle EPM Cloud Solutions
Implement and configure Oracle Enterprise Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation (ARCS) solutions in the cloud.
- Design and deploy planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
- Partner with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.
- Configure data flows between EPM applications and source systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
- Stay current on Oracle quarterly updates to recommend and implement new capabilities that enhance client outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.
- Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
- Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide clients through business and system design.
