Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. As a Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and front office operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
