BJR Group is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
About the Role
The Front Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This includes greeting guests, managing incoming calls, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the reception area's cleanliness, organizing reading materials, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked. Additionally, you may assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
