Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Receptionist to play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a front office receptionist or in a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
