Front Office Associate

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team at NOVOTEL. As a key member of our Reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments and special requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operational management.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services and amenities to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
- Fresher or minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
