Regional Growth Leader

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for student recruitment efforts, leveraging 16 years of experience in the global education sector to break down international barriers and make education more accessible.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Student Recruitment Managers (SRMs) across multiple regions to ensure consistent engagement, training, and compliance across all partner relationships.
  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with global objectives, fostering collaborative partnerships and driving business expansion.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in higher education student recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving regional student recruitment targets.
  • A strong understanding of international education markets, particularly the UK study abroad landscape.
