International Business Growth Leader
Metalink International is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our international business growth strategy. This full-time remote role requires an individual who can develop and execute expansion plans, drive sales initiatives, and lead a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with international stakeholders. A strong international network and proven experience in global business development are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global expansion strategy to promote business setup and residency solutions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key international partners, driving sales growth through strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management.
- Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
- Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
