We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an International Investment Strategist. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to work with us in developing and executing strategies that drive foreign direct investments into various international markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the expansion plans of Indian companies into international markets, engaging with clients, generating leads, and supporting International Economic Development Agencies (EDAs & EDOs) towards attracting investments in their region.

The role involves interacting and business development meetings with Indian companies looking to invest into international markets, specifically UAE. Having strong networking skills and a thorough understanding of various business sectors of client countries is critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • To develop a thorough understanding of client's proposition, geography, various sectors, business strengths of the region, tax benefits for an investor, policies, and compliances.">
  • Manage the complete Investment Promotion project of our client geographies (Economic Development Organisations)">
  • Conduct evaluation meetings with Indian companies/conglomerates">
  • To engage in discussions with CXOs of Indian companies and develop an understanding of their expansion plans in various international markets.">
  • Identify companies with business interests to invest/expand in the international markets and generate leads.">
  • The aim of this research and discussions will be to uncover FDI opportunities for our clients i.e., Economic Development Organization (EDO) of selected countries, states, and regions.

What You Need to Succeed

">
  • Minimum 3- 4 years in Trade promotion bodies/Expert Network/Trade & Investment Promotion/Investment Attraction/SME-Corporate Banking/Economic Development/Market Entry with experience in business development and handling overseas clients.">
  • Strong industry expertise and networks. Experience of business development will be preferred.">
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English is must.">
  • Understanding of Market Entry, Cross Border Investments, Internationalization via International market expansion.">
  • Experience of New Business Development and Client Handling

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in any discipline, preference for Masters in fields of Economics, Finance, International Business (other disciplines will be considered where candidates can demonstrate core skills required).">
  • Demonstrated ability to work inter team, collaborate, ideate, engage with clients and work in global teams.
