We are seeking a strategic partnerships professional to drive business development and growth across India, UAE, and Hong Kong.


Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Expand our network of schools and universities through effective collaborations and outreach strategies.
  • Develop relationships with education service providers, schools, and universities to increase brand presence.
  • Represent our company at conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish and grow relationships.
  • Counsel students on university options, academic pathways, and career goals.
  • Identify opportunities for guest lectures, mentorship sessions, and university fairs to enhance our brand visibility.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Conversion rates of leads into clients.
  2. Lead generation success rate.
  3. Sales performance and revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • ~2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho preferred).

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong understanding of university admissions, counseling services, and student support programs.
  • Willingness to travel for business expansion and client meetings.
