Business Development Executive

This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

The Business Development Executive will be tasked with identifying and securing new clients for IT staffing positions, as well as developing and executing strategies to acquire new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and vendor managers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of candidate solutions
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on business development progress and client interactions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT staffing industry
  • Strong network of contacts in implementing partner companies and Client Vendor Managers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand and present technical job requirements effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets consistently
