About the RoleThe Business Growth Specialist role is a dynamic position that requires an individual to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Secure new clients in IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering sectors by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Build and manage a client pipeline through strategic networking, thorough research, and referrals.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong ties with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and build trust.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals to clients that meet their specific needs and align with company goals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Market Analysis: Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track leads, conversion rates, and client satisfaction for data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in staffing/recruitment.
- Knowledge: Understanding of temporary, permanent, and contract staffing.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Other: Ability to work independently and in teams.
