We seek a dynamic Sales & Account Manager with expertise in domestic IT staffing to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and deliver strategic value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the IT staffing & recruitment space.
  • Grow and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Cross-sell Orcapod's HR & staffing solutions.
  • Act as a strategic partner and customer advocate.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in Domestic Business (mandatory).
  • Strong track record in sales & account management.
  • Prior exposure to Captive Centers or product companies is an asset.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
