Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new client relationships in the IT staffing space. This includes developing and executing sales strategies via LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
You will build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers, and negotiate and close contracts for staffing services.
In addition, you will expand our network with IT consulting firms, independent recruiters, and agencies, conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and uncover new business opportunities, and collaborate with recruitment teams to align on delivery strategies.
To be successful in this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment sales, or business development, proven success in client acquisition and relationship management within IT recruitment, and a strong network in HR, talent acquisition, and technology hiring.
You should also be skilled in lead generation, contract negotiations, and closing deals, and have an understanding of U.S. hiring models (W2, C2C, contract, full-time).
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new client relationships in the IT staffing space.
