We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business growth in the US IT staffing sector.
The ideal candidate will possess direct client relationships, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to rapidly acquire new business opportunities.
This role demands an ambitious individual with extensive industry connections and the capability to generate revenue through contract placements within a short turnaround time.
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:
Total IT Industry Experience: Minimum 15 years in US IT staffing.
Experience in Business Development (Staffing Services & Solutions): 12+ years of dedicated BDM experience.
Proven track record as a BDM or similar role.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the US IT staffing industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and generating revenue through contract placements.
Responsibilities:
