Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling large IT staffing clients, and be capable of managing end-to-end client delivery and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the existing client relationship with enterprise clients
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the recruitment team
  • Coordinate with internal recruiters to fulfill client requirements efficiently
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
  • Work on VMS/MSP platforms and ensure smooth submission and interview processes
  • Generate daily/weekly reports and present status updates to the leadership team
  • Maintain strong follow-up and client satisfaction metrics

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in US IT Staffing
  • Hands-on experience with VMS/MSP platforms
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, US tax terms, and visa classifications
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate internal recruiting teams

Nice to Have:

  • Team handling or leadership experience
  • Exposure to reporting tools and dashboards
