Job Title: Reservations Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Reservations Executive. This is a unique opportunity to work in the hospitality industry, where you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with guests and team members. You will be working closely with the reservations team to ensure seamless handover of guest information and payment details.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience or an internship in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Communication: Provide pre-arrival information and answer inquiries to guests through various channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reservation Management: Coordinate with the reservations team to ensure timely and accurate responses to guest queries.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, upgrades, or amenities to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience or an internship in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and professional information.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising on accuracy.
