Job Overview

The Lead Qualification Specialist will be the first point of contact for prospects, turning marketed leads into meaningful conversations and scheduling walkthroughs that matter.

This role requires a strong presence of mind, decisiveness in qualifying leads, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be proactive in answering inbound calls, work on enquiries via form submissions, and manage follow-up calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads efficiently and effectively.
  • Nurture leads through regular follow-up calls.
  • Identify business prospects and assign them to the sales team for further coordination.
  • Maintain smooth workflow by adapting quickly to process changes.
  • Ensure proper CRM management with complete accuracy and hygiene.
  • Suggest improvements to the marketing team.
  • Close deals by bringing hesitant prospects closer to 'yes.'

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in reservations, real estate, or tele-sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized and proactive nature.
