The role of the Cold Calling Specialist is crucial in prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new leads through outbound cold calls in English and Spanish.
- Presents and promotes logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships through professional communication.
- Accurately documents all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborates with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are an advantage. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work US business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday).
