Product Owners are pivotal figures in the success of SaaS lead quality engines. They empower Fortune 100 companies to build compliant and high-performing demand generation pipelines.

This Product Owner role will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of our lead quality platform for our Fortune 100 clients. You will report to the Product Manager or a Director of Product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and maintaining the product backlog for your assigned engineering team. This includes creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team. Participating in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements to the development team.
  • Writing clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Reviewing and accepting completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and the original requirements before it is released to QA or production.
  • Facilitating effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • The ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
