• Greet and Welcome Guests
  • Ensure a memorable first impression by warmly welcoming guests.
• Manage Reservations and Seating
  • Efficiently manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating arrangements.
• Assist with Menu Queries and Special Requests
  • Support guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs.
• Build Relationships with Regular Guests
  • Nurture strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers.
• Handle Guest Feedback and Complaints
  • Address guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with Service Staff and Management
  • Collaborate with service staff, kitchen, and management for seamless operations.
• Maintain a Clean and Inviting Reception Area
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Prior Experience in Hospitality
