Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Welcome Guests
- Ensure a memorable first impression by warmly welcoming guests.
- Manage Reservations and Seating
- Efficiently manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating arrangements.
- Assist with Menu Queries and Special Requests
- Support guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs.
- Build Relationships with Regular Guests
- Nurture strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers.
- Handle Guest Feedback and Complaints
- Address guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate with Service Staff and Management
- Collaborate with service staff, kitchen, and management for seamless operations.
- Maintain a Clean and Inviting Reception Area
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Personality
- Demonstrate a friendly, professional, and approachable personality at all times.
- Strong Organizational Abilities
- Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior Experience in Hospitality
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest relations is highly desirable.
- Ability to Remain Calm in a Fast-Paced Environment
