The Role of a Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Understand the customer's context, explain how our services can ease their life, and onboard them onto our ecosystem of support.
• Solution Deployment: Define interventions, deploy trained professionals, assign tasks, and monitor completion to satisfaction.
• Partner Management: Work with central partners, onboard local partners, oversee quality, and provide feedback.
• Customer Lifecycle Management: Have deeper dialogues, educate customers, and enable them to adopt wider services.
• Customer Feedback & Service Improvement: Determine satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, iterate solution design, and resolve complaints.

Who We're Looking For

We seek candidates with a hospitality background, event management, language, and intercultural communication experience.
